Smells much better than the previous version. Still think it is incredibly expensive. It really helps maintain youthfulness of skin, the pump is annoying but I guess it is necessary to keep the product air tight and fresh. Unfortunately price point makes it impossible for me to use it regularly.

This is the perfect all in one serum! I’m on my 5th bottle and my skin just gets better and better. I was skeptical about buying this but I kept seeing others rave about it on social media so I thought just try one bottle. See what the hype is all about, and well.. the hype is so real. I saw a difference with the first bottle after 4 weeks my skin was smoother, my skin tone was brighter/even, the texture of my skin was healthy. I like that youthful, glassy skin, that “looks like you got Botox” but didn’t look. I really liked what I saw and continue to use till now, it will be a staple/must have in my skincare routine always!

I was hesitant to buy this because it really is quite expensive. I do love it though. I have been using it in the morning and using the Ha5 in the evenings. I love the smooth results. My skin looks great and feels great. I know some people use this at night and the serum in the morning. I think anyway you use it is a win. I WOULD USE BOTH MORNING AND NIGHT BUT THE COST IS TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THAT.

I have been very happy with the LovelySkin site, and in particular, this product. I have used it for several years and purchase it frequently. It is an excellent product that comes in very deficient packaging. Every other one that I receive has a problem, notwithstanding that I have followed the directions meticulously each time, and half the product is wasted. Either the serum and cream don't come out at the same time, or they out from other seams in the plastic. It's too expensive a product to have so much of it simply wasted. I have never returned it because the return requirements are simply too burdensome, but I wonder whether I can continue to purchase it.

Fix the dual chamber pump immediately!
At 280+ dollars.....Fix the pump so we can get both products from the vial. Maybe thats why I'm still waiting on results 3.5 weeks in.

Tightens skin
Ive used this product for about 3 years now and have seen results. My skin is tighter and more firm, with improved texture. My only issue is a few of the product containers had dispenser pumps that failed. Where both products should be dispensed together, only one would come out. This product is expensive, the pump should not fail.

I have used this product for about 9 months. A bit pricey but I can see noticeable results. The dual pump thing is a BAD design and if you are not careful you will use all of the product on one side before the other. I called in to LovelySkin and they gave me some tips on how to make it work. I ended up pulling the top off to get the product out in proportion. I wish they would have 2 separate bottles otherwise you risk wasting your investment in the product. Good product/bad dispensing.

My all in one bomb!
Have been using TNS and then TNS advanced for years. Whenever I discontinue use my skin lets me know it wasn't a good decision within a month or two as my face stops looking as good. This really is an all in one product so although it's expensive I don't need to buy too many other face products. I stretch how long it lasts since I use this in the AM only with some vitamin C and then a combo sunscreen/moisturizer. At night I use a retinol and moisturizer. The less products and steps in my daily routine keeps me from falling off the skincare train. I am 56 and everyone says I look like I am in my mid 40s. Yes, genetics plays a part but good medical grade products definitely help. TNS Advanced Serum is a tried and true that works for me!
