Great Product
I've been using this product for over one month and have noticed such a great improvement with my skin. I am in my late 60's, my skin is dry and I have not had any facial fillers so I do have wrinkles from aging. Since using this serum I have noticed less wrinkles, my dryness especially around the mouth area is not as pronounced and overall appearance on my face looks so much better. I am also using this on my neck and it has made such an improvement that it's not so dry and tight feeling. I do use this morning and evening. I like that this product doesn't have a scent too.

INFERIOR PACKAGING FOR EXCELLENT PRODUCT
First time ordering and most likely will find a suitable substitute, as the one side of the dispensing product has failed to perform, making me not be the benefit of the full product. Skin Medica really missed the boat on this product. Now I only have 1 side to dispense from. More than likely will search for an equal product with better dispensing.

I have been using this daily for almost 20 years. Not happy with the new pump!
I’m 49 and have used TNS serum many years but my last 2 bottles the peptide side ran out way before the other and that makes the product not effective. I’m going to need to look at buying other products because I can’t afford for my product to run out like that.

One Side Ran Out Before the Other!
I love the TNS Advanced+Serum. I've been using it for about a year now. Never had an issue with the two sides regarding distribution but this bottle (which is the new version) has been completely empty with the clear Serum for a week now! This is way too expensive for this to be happening.

Good product however
This is a great product, but very pricey for the amount. The new packaging works a bit better but runs out much sooner than the last one. I hate not knowing when your last pump is. Especially when you are on a trip. No way to know how much is left , when to reorder. No way to get the last bit out. And at this price point, you certainly want every last drop. Bottles are impenetrable.
