I used TNS Advance + Serum for years & years directly through the Skinmedica site. I stopped because I couldn’t justify the extra $295.00 every 2 months any longer. I started noticing the difference in my skin within six months of discontinuing the product. I just looked much older and not as fresh. The product really works, thank God I found lovely skin. It’s more affordable and I’m getting my skin back to what I remember and also because it’s more affordable, I can try other skinmedica products.

This product deserves the awards it receives. It really does what it claims, and I think that anyone interested in adding growth factors to their routine should strongly consider it. That said, it is very expensive (by my standards, anyway); however, its effectiveness outweighs the cost, in my opinion. It is a staple in my carefully curated skincare routine.

Wonderful for the neck area
This im my favorite neck-area product, as I feel it is more gentle and moisturizing than the TNS gel, so I mainly apply this to my neck each morning. It has been the one thing that seems to help that area the most for me! I know everyone's skin is different, but this seems to work for me so far, and it is expensive, but I will repurchase!

I am 59 years old (this August) and have used TNS and SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic every morning for several years. While I cannot attest to how my skin would look had I not, what I can say is this - I've had zero work done - no plastic surgery, no fillers, no Botox, etc. I'm aging naturally (the horror!), and people often tell me I look great for my age. I'm not saying I don't have wrinkles, or that this prevents them entirely, but when I look back at photos from five years ago, before I started using this combination with moisturizer and sunscreen, I honestly think my fine lines and wrinkles look better now. I’ve used this for the last year, it performs exactly as promised with delivery of better tone and texture and overall brightness to the skin and minimization of fine lines. It really is excellent. The only drawback is the delivery system. 1) it is a large bottle with not a lot of ounces inside and it has two pumps to be dispersed ideally simultaneously, yet leaves the user wondering did I get equal parts for optimal facial application. 2) due to the bottle size, you can’t travel with it and decanting it’s two syrums is high maintenance. PLEASE SKINMEDICA - create a travel size sample for us loyal gals that love this product and want the convenience of traveling with it!
