I’ve started using TNS Advanced + Serum for six months now and my skin has never been better. I’m 58 and I get compliments on my skin all the time. All you need is this once a day after you have completed your first bottle. I apply over closed eyes, face, throat and chest. Then I apply a vitamin C serum, hyaluronic acid serum, moisturizer, and sunscreen. I’m 59 years old and I look 40 to 45. There’s a “lift” to this. Worth the money. Cut out other things in your budget. No one remembers what shoes you wore, what bag you carry, your outfit - people remember YOUR SKIN AND HOW YOUNG YOU LOOK.

I absolutely love the product. My only issue is how the bottle and pump work. There is a pump that is half a white serum and half a clear serum. I’m on my third bottle and every bottle has the same issue, you end up getting more of the white substance and a lot of times little to none of the clear. I have spoken to customer service and they gave me advice on how to make the bottle work. It does help but non the less I still run in to the same issue every time.

It's the gold standard for a reason. It's totally worth the cost, look for coupons and subscribe and save! I've used this and the prior version for years and tried Defanage (great initial results but they tapered away) and allastin (not the same results). Best for texture and wrinkles, does not do much for laxity.

Good, but expensive.
Originally with my first bottle I felt like my skin was tighter after application and it soaked in and didn't break me out. It also didn't irritate my skin. Now I'm on my second or third bottle and not sure I see any difference. That's why I dropped it from 5 to 4 stars. It's really expensive so I'm not sure I will keep using it. After this bottle I may pause use and see if I notice any changes.
