It's the first retinoid that I have been able to use without my skin having a reaction. I did follow the directions and worked my way up to using it nightly. Since using this retinoid, the texture of my skin is smoother, and I have seen some dark spots fading. I also love that this is a serum as it's so easy to use. I will sometimes layer my facial oil on top of this if I need additional moisture. I just make sure that I wait 10 minutes before placing the oil to ensure the serum is soaked into my skin.
