I had oily skin my whole life but this winter, either due to the cold dry weather or because of changes in my skin care routine, I developed extremely dry, dehydrated skin. I had stop using all acids on my face and went back to the basics. I cleansed my face with a basic cleanser designed for sensitive skin, followed by a water-based moisturizer and sealed it all in with the Sunday Riley Juno oil. This oil is thicker than a lot of other oils that's I've tried. For those who are combination-oily, this might make your face look oily during the day so I would avoid it during the day. My skin tends to be less dry the days the weather is warmer so I avoid using this during the day. But it's a great option to use overnight because oily skin needs moisture too!

Juno does help hydrate my skin but I haven't seen any other benefits such as a healthier looking complexion or clearer skin (I have acne prone skin). For the price and claims of all the antioxidants inside, I was hoping to get something more than just skin that is less dry. I've used it alone but I feel I get the most benefits if I mix a few drops with my sunscreen. I like it, but don't love it or hate it. I'm half way through the small bottle but the verdict is still out if I feel the need to order another.
