I’ve only tried a cheap facial cleaning brush before- so I’m no expert. I wasn’t overly impressed with it. Mainly because I never thought the brush was clean. I’d soak it in H2O2, but then I worried about that on my face (even though it breaks down to water essentially). But, I decided to give this a try. I really like it. My face feels so clean afterwards. But the biggest bonus is that it cleans the brush after each use!

I really wanted to like this brush. However, this is the second one I had to get replaced because it wasn’t drying properly. But when it works, it works well! I hope this is the last time I have to get a replacement because it’s very nice to have when it’s working.

I purchased this clean system for my self, and I love the way it cleans my face. I also use it in the shower, and it works well. I love the way it sterilizes. It has a blue light. So when you are finished with it and put it back on the base, the blue light comes on, and it will start to sterilize. I love it. purchase one for my son as will.

I received this product several months ago from a (generous!) LovelySkin giveaway and wanted to take a little time to create an accurate review. I previously used a sonic cleansing device, and the Tao system is a rotary cleansing device. I still alternate between the devices, but what really stands out about the Tao system is the cleaning station. It's easy to remember to put the brush back on the station and know it's being thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis (unlike my other device that stays in the shower until the battery needs to be recharged). It takes a little getting used to how gently you have to hold your brush to your face - push too hard and the rotating action almost pulls your hand in the direction of the brush, but I like how clean my face feels afterwards. The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is because it sprays a fair amount of water/soap around. I made a bit of a mess the one time I used the brush by the sink instead of in the shower (the spray isn't noticeable at all if you are in the shower). Overall, I would recommend this product!
