Good for a quickie
This is not the blackest nor the most impacting eyeliner I've ever used. It went on a bit patchy and needed several passes of the brush to create an even line. But what the heck - it's a great price, and if I'm in a hurry it's good for a fast and adequate application. The packaging it cheerful and using it is fun because of that.

One problem with this.....
When you line your eye, the eyeliner get on your lashes. Other than that, stays on well but deal breaker for me.
