While great for small pimples, it does nothing for my tougher blackheads. The whiteheads come out pretty easily with it, but my blackheads seem to be too tough or deep for it to actually work and applying it only hurts my skin. Have not been using it a lot due to irritated skin around my blackheads and increased breakouts in those areas.
