Good for the price point
I've found this Vitamin C product to be great for the neck and decolletage. I wouldn't use it on my face or around my eyes because I'm over 65 and need something stronger.

Silicone free, gentle, fragrance-free and hydrating form of vitamin c. Personally, I don't have a lot of faith in any form of vitamin c for the skin. Hence, I don't see the need for expensive products. I really enjoy the hydrating formula of Vanicream and the price is reasonable.
