This eye gel cream does not deliver what it promises

When I saw this eye cream that said it would reduce puffiness up front, I was impressed. Sad to say, it does nothing for puffiness and is not particularly hydrating, as the gel cream sits on top of the skin, often in layers, rather than sinking into the undereye area. Will not buy again.
