A small amount of this gel (perhaps a bit larger than a pea) lets the Vfit glide into place. I'm guessing the tube will last several months to the better part of a year. Four stars because it still seems overpriced but I don't regret the purchase.

It’s a good gel to use with the vfit. It does not irritate or leave you with an infection as some of these types of things do. Makes using vfit very comfortable.
