I’m on my second bottle of the Vichy Mineral 89 and I’m pleasantly surprised by the results I’ve gotten. I definitely notice a decrease in the shadows under my eyes and the crepiness is less. I use it as a serum under my regular eye cream and the two together have made a difference.

I originally bought it cause some influencer recommended it before you put your under-eye concealer. However, I love it so much, that its my morning eye cream. Its gel like and I have very dry sensitive eyes, so it works well for me. And its a great primer for under your eyes. Will buy again.
