Best Eyeliner!

For years, I have been looking for a waterproof eyeliner. They all say it stays in place and doesn't run, not so. When I saw this eyeliner, I thought, "why not, I've tried them all." Or so I thought. This is the best!!!!!!!! It did not run at all! It stayed on my eyes!!! I did need to reapply after an hour or so, but that won't stop me from purchasing this item over and over again! Excellent!!!! Very happy!
