Started using this once a day for 4-5 months, - noticed what looked like some fine hairs coming in where my hair has thinned around my hairline. Now using the product twice daily for about 2 months. My hair does seem a little ticker and it seems as though I am losing less hair after washing it. Nails are definitely stronger. Will continue to use, as it seems there are slow changes occurring with new hair growth and less hair loss.

So I started taking these on October 10/29/2020 , so too early to know if it is working but I did a lot of research before deciding on these so I trust that it will work. I am also using Viviscal Shampoo and conditioner, I will review again in 3/4 months. Lost a lot of hair due to a Thyroid but had it removed so hoping Viviscal helps my hair grow long and thick. Check with your dr to make sure it does not interfere with Thyroid medication.

I've been using Viviscal PRO since it came on the market many years ago. I can't say if it actually increased hair growth, but the hair that I have is stronger and healthier since I started (also the strongest fingernails I've ever had!).

I've only been taking these supplements for about a month, but I do notice some baby hairs coming through on the top of my head. It usually takes longer to determine effectiveness when taking supplements, so we'll see. They taste awful, like raw fish, but they are stronger than the normal Viviscal supplements, which don't taste too bad. I guess that nasty taste just confirms they have that AminoMar marine complex, which is good. I'll post another review in about a month to report on my hair growth.

My hair feels a bit stronger and sheds less since I’ve been using these vitamins. Don’t expect miracles though; It probably won’t regrow most people’s hair either, but it can slow down the thinning process.. I’ve been taking these vitamins for almost two years.

I think that overall this product is quite good, which is why I gave it a four star rating, but I am waiting until a little more time goes by before a complete five store. I’ve been using this product for several years since I hit menopause and sadly watched my thick head of hair start thinning and my nails become brittle. It takes a couple of months to see the product working but it does work and my hair has regrown along my hairline and my nails are once again healthy. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it initiates increased hair growth all over the body which isn’t really desirable but a small inconvenience to get my hair and nails back.
