Not much of a difference
I tried this product for a year. In comparison to Nutrafol, I didn’t see much new growth. It may have reduced some shedding, but the new growth was minimal.

I’ve been using Viviscal Pro for over three years now. I went through menopause early and began to get thinner hair and a lot of shedding so I decided to try it. I definitely noticed less shedding after a few months. My hair is thicker and I even have some new growth in the thinner areas such as around my face and in the crown area. I take one per day. My hairdresser also noticed a difference in the appearance of my hair. My hair a fine so it now has more body also. It works for me!

It works for me.
I have used Visical Pro hair supplements for probably 10 years. I believe they work for me. No, they don’t make my hair grow fast and no, they don’t make my hair regrow. But what it does do well is stop excessive shedding. I take one a day and if I notice excess shedding, usually seasonally, I take 2 a day for a few months. I haven’t tried it with the shampoo but will.

I've been using this for over 3 months, so I think it's too soon to tell. At this point I can just say that the pills are easy to take twice a day, and I'm going to give it a year to see if it helps.

I'll keep going worth Viviscal because directions do advise that it may take 3 to 6 months to start to notice a difference. I'm on my 3rd month now. It's easy to take and conveniently packaged for travel.

I'm trying this formula from the basic Viviscal. This one definitely has and after taste after it goes down but it is nothing a chocolate can't fix. I have to drink plenty of water to avoid heartburn but that is not a deal breaker for me. Hair loss is significantly reduced, and I feel like the growth rate is faster. As for new growth I don't see any but, that is what I am using minoxidil for.
