I started taking these at the recommendation of my dermatologist (who does not sell products, so there is no bias). Unfortunately, unlike all the other positive reviews, I can't say I've noticed any difference, and I have been taking it for some time. The pills aren't too large and fairly easy to swallow. They do have a fishy smell to them due to their "marine complex" ingredients. I will continue to use them for now but not sure how long I can justify use with their hefty price.

Used it for years
I’ve used this product daily since 2016 or so starting when I lived in Cali and my celebrity hair stylist in Beverly Hills told me about it and raved about it. After I moved back east, with other life events taking priority, I inadvertently stopped taking it for a few years. (Ugh!) I can tell you that during the time I hadn’t taken it, as my hair grew out, each hair strand was not as strong (or thick) as they were when I was taking the Viviscal Pro product daily for years prior. I’m back on it now for over a year or so, and again - I can see the difference in the quality of the strands of my new hair growth vs the hair (still on my head) from the period of time when I hadn’t taken the product. BIG difference. I’m unsure if it helps to grow new hair as much the traditional, popular topical hair growth solutions, but I can tell you that on this, my strands are thicker and healthier, and I do have some new growth, and my hair is again much better at taking color and highlights and heat styling than my hair grown without it. I’ll never live without this product ever again. Seriously. (Plus, it doesn’t contain horsetail so it’s more safe to take long term and daily) Even if you take one tablet 2x a day for the first 4-6 months or so and if you need to save money, after that take only one a day going forward, you’ll definitely still notice the difference. Do.it. You won’t regret it.

i read that you have to take this for 3-6 months to see a difference. i've only been taking this for 3 weeks, but i already see a difference in the DRASTIC decrease in the amount of hair shedding. it's incredible! i'm so happy i started taking this! i can't wait to see the results in 3-6 months
