My hair IS growing back
This was my second order of Viviscal Pro. My first order was a 3 month supply which I am almost finished with. I am 69 and lost a lot of hair earlier this year and was very concerned. Since using this product, both my hairdresser and I notice lots of new hair growth. I am thrilled. My intention is to use the product for 6 months, 2 tablets per day and then reassess if I can cut back to one tablet per day.

Hair growth & breakage
I decided to order this product because my hair had a lot of breakage after my hair was highlighted. I decided to order this product after seeing what a big difference this product made for my friend. Her hair was not only a lot healthier but she had new hair growth where her hair was breaking off in the front. Her hair was thicker and was growing faster. I don’t remember how long it took to notice improvement in all those areas. It was probably around 6m then after a year I could not believe a vitamin could make such a difference. Caused stomach upset
I want so badly to find a hair vitamin that works but I must be sensitive to biotin. I’ve taken Viviscal for 2.5 weeks now and after the first few days it started causing stomach upset. I will try for a few more days with more food and more water but I already take with a meal and full glass of water so not overly hopeful. :(

I used this product for months and I honestly can’t say it’s working. I take Biotin supplement also. I do have a few baby hair that have grown in but not a significant amount. My hair is still thin and I am still losing a lot of hair. This is expensive so I am not sure I will buy again due to the price.

Seems to be working
I have not been on it the recommended 3 months, but I do fell my hair is thicker and stronger. I am hoping with continued use it will reduce the amount of hair that falls out when washing and brushing it, but I even think that is improving.

May not be for everyone
I've taken the pills faithfully for a full 6 months. There has been no change in the amount of fallout, no new growth, no change in tinsel strength. Area of concern on top of head has no change in new hair or growth. I'm sorry to have to give this type of review, however, I felt it should be known.

Works Very Well - Try It
My nails have been splitting for years, and after trying a number of potential solutions that haven't been effective, I thought I'd try Viviscal to address the problem. I dutifully took it twice daily and after a couple weeks, I noticed a change in my nail beds. The little bit of new growth was a light pink color as opposed to the reddish color of the old growth. After taking it for over 3 months, my nail beds are now almost grown out. They look healthier and the nails themselves are stronger. The only part of the nails that is splitting is the small part of my nail tips with the old growth, so my hope it that after another two to four weeks, they will be in better shape. I am thrilled to have this work so well.

I have been using this product for approximately 2 yrs. in order to help minimize my shedding. I have always been a hair shedder but after having had breast cancer and menopause the density of my hair decreased tremendously. Fortunately, I had excellent hair density prior to cancer so even though my hair did not return as it once was it could have been worst. These supplements do not completely stop the shedding as much as I would like or hoped; however, they do help. My hair is maintaining its current density, and there is new growth around my temples, but the hairs do not grow long or completely cover the scalp in that area. Overall, I am grateful for any help that the supplements provide and will continue taking them until something better comes along.

I've been taking Viviscal for a year. My reason for 4 stars, instead of 5, is the length of time it has taken before I saw improvement. It was close to 6 months. That said, it is working. I have a lot of new growth and my hair is much healthier. An added benefit is my nails are stronger.
