These are the best hair supplements I have ever tried. My hairdresser definitely thinks they are working. She recommended I buy them. I've been a little inconsistent the last few weeks, and need to get back on them. I feel like my hair has been the same length forever, until started taking these supplements and am actually seeing some growth. I'm thinking about ordering their shampoo and conditioner, hoping they are of the same quality. I'm 46, so my hair has thinned the last few years due to childbirth, changing hormones, etc. I've always had amazing hair except for the last few years. I'm hoping this supplement will get me back to normal.

I've only been using the product for about a 40 days now. My hair is baby fine and thinning somewhat as I age. I believe I can tell a difference in the thickness of my hair at the roots and my fingernails are all hard now! Before I had four nails that were really flexible. They do not flex now and peeling has improved. I will continue to take the pills twice a day and will reevaluate in three months. I am hoping this will be a long term solution for me.

New growth after a few months
My stylist noted that she was seeing a lot of new growth too. I’ve been using Viviscal for about a year. I started with two tablets per day and got results. After several months, I decided to drop to one per day for maintenance, but after a few months, I started to shed more hair so, I recently went back to two. I’m not saying you will have a thick head of hair, but it does help.
