I've been using Viviscal products for over 6 years and have seen tremendous improvement in my hair's length and strength. After age 60 my hair began to shed profusely. I watched a testimonial on a shopping show of a young woman who had benefitted from Viviscal. I did my own research and began taking it. The shedding stopped in about the second month and I've been taking Viviscal ever since. In my opinion it is a very good product.

Minimized the shedding
Definitely noticed that my hair was shedding way less. Once my hormones started changing my hair was shedding like crazy. I probably lost half my volume. These supplements work and I know this because I was taking most of the supplements already in this formula but it wasn't helping. But these have some proprietary blends and it did the trick. Just two pills a day easy to take does have a slight fishy taste. My hair did start new growth but I also was using hair serums and rogaine so not sure how much new growth was from viviscal. I slowed down viviscal and rogaine use and saw more excessive shedding again so now back on both
