Really bad shopping experience!
This purchase of Yonka's essence really disappointed me a lot. First of all its packaging is very bad, the essence oil always pours out, the cap is not sealed enough, and does not twist well. Most importantly, the texture of the essence made me even more doubtful about its shelf life and quality. I can always post photos to customer service to prove what I am saying if I need to. But I don't see a review with the ability to post photos. I can see that the texture of the essence has become thicker, so maybe the product has been sitting for a long time, based on my experience with skincare products. It might be that the product itself is good, but perhaps the ingredients in that product should have been used at a fresher production date for a better feel and results.
