SkinMedica's powerful, effective brightening treatment uses a proprietary LTN Complex, which includes ultra-concentrated lotus seed extract (LSE), tranexamic acid and niacinamide, to help address six pathways of discoloration, hyperpigmentation and dark spots. Love this Product! But…

I’ve tried many treatments from serums and facials to professional chemical peels to fade my acne scars and hyperpigmentation. This product has actually worked! It is already at a high price point, reducing the bottle from 2.0 oz down to 1.7 oz for the same price isn’t ideal.

After two years of use, my acne scars are lighter though not completely gone. I will continue to use this product. You have to be consistent about using it. I use it every night under my moisturizer and it has a nice texture as well. Personally, I prefer this product over the hydrator.

the best so far

I am always looking for a non-hydroquinone lightening/brightening serum that actually works. I have been using this once a day for 2 months now and so far so good. I do see significant lightening of my dark spots. However, it may be because I use a slow release retinol in the evening along with other serums. So, I am not sure if my lightening is looking so good because of just this product or because of the combo of products within my entire regime.

I started using this product within the last year or so, and I’ll admit it’s hard to tell right away if it works. With the summer coming, my skin needs all the repairing it can get!
