This fast-acting spot treatment addresses even the most stubborn dark spots left by skin damage from acne or sun exposure. A proprietary 8% LTN Complex, which includes ultra-concentrated lotus seed extract (LSE), tranexamic acid and niacinamide, helps address an unprecendented six pathways that lead to discoloration, dark spots and hyperpigmentation.

Clincial Results:

Within two weeks of use, users saw an improvement in post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, post-acne marks and solar lentigines (age spots) with greater improvement within twelve weeks of use.

Starting This Regimen

Being a dedicated Skinmedica user, I have added this to my regimen. I use Even & Correct but needed more on certain spots. This seems to be starting to make an impact but, at 2 weeks, it is really too soon to tell. This does not irritate my skin.

Works on tough spots!

I've used quality Vitamin C on my age/sun spots and it works for the most part. But there were a few stubborn spots that wouldn't go away. Have been using Even & Correct on those spots for 3 weeks and they appear lighter now. I'm happy with the process and will continue to use.

Less than I expected

At this point I am halfway through my second tube of Even & Correct Dark Spot Cream. I have used this product nightly as directed and am disappointed in the results. Apparently the dark spots on my face are even more stubborn than SkinMedica anticipated. Given the high cost and the poor outcome, I will not be buying this treatment again.

Be patient

I’ve just finished my first tube of dark spot corrector. It takes time but I’ve seen a significant reduction in an old resistant dark spot caused by an injury. I’ve also used it on newer dark spots on my face. It worked much faster. They are barely visible now. I’m quite happy with this product and will continue using.

Seems to be working!

I have tried so many products which claim to decrease the appearance of pigment spots on my face. I feel like this one HAS made a visible difference although I did have a laser treatment 5 months ago and perhaps the effects of that treatment is just now kicking in. In any case, this seem like a very high quality product, better than most of the ones I have used in the past. I see more of an effect than I did when using Lytera. Things are going the right way and I plan to keep using this product!

Did not work for me

I have used this product along with the SkinMedica Even & Correct treatment for 3 months, following the recommended application instructions and applying sunscreen as directed. Unfortunately, I have seen no improvement in the dark spots that I was targeting with this product. Additionally, I did not see sufficient brightening/evening of skin tone with the Even and Correct. I will continue to research and hopefully find a product or products that work.

Dark spot cream

Started using this along with the even and correct brightening treatment and even and correct treatment pads following two Ipl treatments. My skin looks pretty clear, however I was using the three every night and it was too much for my skin. I definitely had some burning and irritated spots on my face where I applied the three products. Since then I have backed off to using the even and correct treatment pads every other night and the even and correct brightening treatment every evening. No more burning or irritation. I am adding the dark spot cream back into the regimen on the days I don’t use the pads and see if my skin can tolerate it better. I do think it will assist in fading the remaining brown spots, but the combination at one time every day was too much for my skin.
