OMG!

Wash days are so stressful for me. It seems as if I’m losing all my hair during the detangling process. Leaves hair almost too soft.

I love Surface products but too much of any product can make my older, thinning hair go flat as it makes my hair strands too soft. Since after-shampoo conditioners were resulting in the same soft/flat effect, I thought I'd try this as an alterative to the after-shampoo conditioners, but found I still needed the after-shampoo conditioner anyway. But I think I may purchase this again as the curly, frizzy hair on the back of my head needs extra conditioning and I like that this conditioner also protects from heat styling.

Great for detangling and I don't hair fall as has been the case with other detangler. I do, however, need to use a lot if product, as my hair is incredibly, ridiculously tangled after a shower......but it does work!!! Only reason for 4 stars is the amount of product I need to use.

About 6 mos. ago I went through a horrible spell with my hair...crust, flaking and lots of hair loss. I had been a user of a different brand for years. A scalp biopsy diagnosed psoriasis. However after getting it to clear up with prescription shampoos & meds, it came back when I resumed that other brand. My beautician suggested Suface Awaken and gave me a sample of the shampoo & conditioner & I was hooked. Made my scalp feel wonderful. I added the Surface Mist Conditioner as the biopsy showed my scalp sebaceous glands had atrophied from the psoriasis, so I needed the moisture. And I added the Awaken Mousse & Thickening Cream..a life saver. I use the mousse right after a hair cut but when my hair gets a little longer I go with the thickening Cream. Finally added the Awaken Finishing Spray which has great hold without weighting down my fine hair. These Surface Awaken products are nothing short of a miracle for me. My hair is looks thicker, fuller & some areas are starting to fill in. And since using the psoriasis hasn’t come back...not saying won’t, there is no cure... but I couldn’t be happier.

Excelent Leave In Conditioner!

This is one of the best leave in conditioners I have ever used!! Hair stays untangled till you wash it again. It does not leave my fine hair oily at all from one wash to the next! I was looking for a leave in conditioner and I decided to try Surface and glad I did! The packaging might be a little challenging for some. When I pressed the pump it first came out in a spray and when I pressed the pump again, I saw product that looked a little bit thicker. I decided that I would just pour some in my hand and run it through my hair and comb it through. I used quite a bit of product and all it did was give me manageable hair without the oiliness till the next shampoo. There are products on the market that are not that great, but have wonderful packaging. I would prefer to have a great product instead! I highly recommend this product!!

Want to like this leave-in conditioner

I have fine hair and leave-in conditioners tend to make my hair flat and greasy. I have used Surface Awaken Leave-In Conditioner lightly several times. While it makes my hair soft and cuts down on frizz, it still seems too heavy for fine hair. The sprayer gets clogged quickly and doesn't spray a fine mist. I'll continue to use it but the results haven't been satisfactory for my hair so far.
