This patented tool attaches to regular and economy size Toppik Hair Fibers bottles to place fibers exactly where you need them. The pump mechanism lets you control the amount of product dispensed by adjusting pressure, making it ideal for addressing targeted areas like the hairline, part lines, roots or hair extensions.
