I have been using this system for 5 months now. I had a spot where I lost hair which was the size of a fingernail which had grown back as I’ve used this system. This is the only shampoo and conditioner I use in addition to the nightly growth spray. I also use other styling products when I style my hair. If you stick with this and you are consistent it will help thicken hair and regrowth where needed. (The spot on my head occurred to styling with a claw clip in the same spot daily.) this system is worth trying if you’re looking to volumize your hair.

I gave this a four week try. Until I ran out of the product. It just did nothing for me. Of course we are on well water that is somewhat acid and that might be the problem. My old brand of shampoo and thickeners work great. After one time back on them I was back to normal for me. Body and three days between shampoos. If this works for you, great. But not for me. Learned a long time ago that my water makes the difference.

I have thin and fine blond hair and love how this makes my hair feel after washing and conditioning. Usually, I only condition once a week because it weighs down my hair and makes it too flat. Using kit this as directed allows me to condition each wash without that problem. The spray for roots also gave my hair some lift on my roots without a sticky feeling that sometimes comes with other products and makes it hard to get the round brush through without a lot of pull. I will buy this again.
