First, the healing properties of this product are outstanding. This conditioner helps me deal with frizzles and split ends from the inside out. I leave it on for at least 10 minutes in the shower, or if I have time, I wash my hair in the evening and leave this conditioner on for more than an hour for extra benefits. It smells wonderful, too, with a vanilla-coconut gourmand type scent that makes your hair smell delicious.
