I was suffering from pretty extreme hair loss due to some health issues. I had used Viviscal in previous years but had been using a different shampoo recently. It was NOT helping to slow down my hair loss. I switched back to Viviscal Pro shampoo, conditioner, and dry shampoo. Within a week or two the hair loss slowed down. Adding the Viviscal serum has helped my hair begin to thicken up again. I would highly recommend all these products.

I bought this product thinking it was for the scalp but it's actually for all of your hair. I enjoyed the fragrance very much but unfortunately it makes my hair too greasy so I won't be repurchasing it again. I do give their vitamins 5 stars!

This review is not about the effectiveness of the serum. I could not get past the strong fragrance, so I didn't use it before returning it. I'm very sensitive to fragrances, and when I poured a small amount in my hand before applying to my hair, I realized it would not work for me. I don't wear perfumes or colognes, but for someone who does, I can only imagine how this product would conflict with any other fragrance they're wearing. For that reason alone, I'm puzzled why hair products aren't made unscented, or at least with a mild, fresh scent that won't announce the person's presence when they enter a room.
