This product arrived right when I developed a reaction to a hidden exfoliant in another product. My skin immediately felt soothed and I used nothing else for several days until I felt the sensitivity had subsided. It may not be rich enough for winter but I’ll keep it around for those days when my skin barrier needs some extra support. Love that it is truly fragrance free.

What else can I saw except it cools and calms a Rosacea awakening. I use it every evening after cleaning to cool and calm my Rosacea. I have not found anything better over the past many years. I also use it after a dermaplane.
