Unfortunately, this is my last purchase of Bio Cream Firm — not because I don’t like the product — I really, really like this cream. But at this price point, I not only expect a top-quality cream, but also top-quality packaging. Bio Cream’s packaging is so poorly engineered that the silver “paint” on the bottle, where the cap rests (all plastic) is flaking off. It flakes to the point of getting mixed into the product, on my hand, as I dispense it. If I don’t notice right away, I end up rubbing the silver flakes onto my skin with the cream. If this were a drug store buy, I “might” let it go; but it’s not. You’ve lost a customer, Neocutis. If you aren’t thoroughly and thoughtfully designing your packaging, you’re not meeting luxury, medical-grade skincare expectations. In a market so glutted with products, no customer needs to be inconvenienced by poor design at high-end pricing. It’s very disappointing. I am a big fan of the cream. It’s been wonderful on my mature, dry skin. Ping me when you elevate your packaging. I won’t bother with you until then. …
