This shampoo works wonders for me. I had a persistent flaky spot in the front of my scalp for about a year, it was so annoying. I tried salicylic acid shampoo, then months of prescription grade ketoconazole, and nothing worked. Then I stumbled upon this shampoo. Three uses later, the flaky spot is basically gone. I love that I can put it on and wait before getting in the shower. The smell is awful and that is why I am taking off one star. So glad I found this!
