I am 56 and have long fine hair. I use this product on my ends before going to bed every other night or so. It has a nice scent and thick texture so a little bit is all I need. My ends stay healthy and hydrated. I received a sample of this product with a purchase some time ago and it lasted a long time. I ordered some more when I ran out. A great product!
