It's too early to fairly determine benefits, but I can speak to the obvious positive qualities of this product. The scent is mild and very pleasant. The bottle is well designed, making it easy to apply the serum to the scalp. The directions suggest using it 3 times a week, rather than twice a day as most scalp serums are applied. That's a bonus, although it doesn't leave a sticky or oily residue. If I experience decreased shedding down the line , I will add bonus stars. :-)

When I was a junior in college I participated in the UCSB Education Abroad Program and attended university in France, in Bordeaux. I bought items at the Pharmacie that were all organic (biologique) and this Klorane Brightening Shampoo with Chamomile was one I used all year--it makes my hair feel so clean and there's a subtle sparkle in my blonde hair from the Chamomile. I found it recently online and am delighted to use it again, and it brings back so many memories of everything organic in France!This is a very high quality product.

I had high expectations about this product; I have been using 2 other Klorane shampoos and am satisfied with them. In spite of being marketed as a very gentle shampoo, this one has a strong chemical smell and caused an allergic reaction (red bumps) on my scalp. I returned it.
