This is the third time I buy this product. Most of the time I use it on top of an eye treatment, whether it be the Obagi Elastiderm eye or Avene Retina (which used to be drier) for added moisture. It pairs well with other serums and eye creams as well as with sunblock. It doesn’t pill nor does it creases. Does not irritate the eye area. It doesn’t feel oily nor sticky. The applicator provides a nice balanced cooling touch which helps to depuff in the mornings. I wouldn’t call it “rejuvenating” but as far as moisturizing the eye area it gets the job done well.
