This product claims to provide “gentle exfoliation,” but it wasn’t gentle enough for my sensitive skin. Each time I tried to use it, my face burned and turned bright red. I had to wash it off to get some relief. To be fair, I have very sensitive skin that often reacts to glycolic acid but I hoped this would be a more gentle option. Unfortunately, it just didn’t work for me.

Started using This product a year and a half ago .. first medical grade retinol product i tried & have stuck with it .. i started slow at once per week, then twice & now 3x per week .. i've never tried to use it everyday & not sure if i will/need to- we shall see.. i have very clogged pored/very oily skin .. i got This product cuz it includes salicylic acid - was always nervous i would get more clogged with just a full on medical grade product - still am lol this product didn't clog my pores anymore than they already are .. i noticed a difference in my skin With consistent weekly use after around 2 months - skin looked Brighter, fresher & a lil more even .. i did notice the skin on my nose & área between my top lip & nose doesn't really like this cream- would notice a lil clogged pores, some red spots.. maybe a pimple.. so i stopped using in those areas
