This is a gel formula. It has not crept in my eyes so that is good. I just do not like the packaging because when you squeeze it a big glob comes out. The packaging needs to be more precise because there isn't a whole lot in the tube. If the packaging was different it might be an excellent product.

On the plus side, a little goes a long way, it has not irritated my very sensitive eczema / rosacea / melasma prone skin which is a huge plus for me. Consistency is very light and not sticky at all, which is also a plus for me.
