I have acne-prone, late 20s, rose cool-toned, fair skin with tiny rosacea on my cheeks and dark circles under my eyes. This serum didn't work for me. I love PCA skin and always use them, but this particular product just didn't work for me. I give 4 stars because there is a big chance that for another type of skin this serum can be super great! good for irritation, not so much redness
This is a curious product, since the one thing it isn't so good at is reducing redness. It's wonderful for all other symptoms associated with irritated or damaged skin, especially flaking and itching, so when my skin is most irritated, I enjoy using it before putting on a green tea based redness relieving moisturizer. The relief it provides for inflammation allows makeup to glide on easier and keeps me from scratching. If your problems are redness exclusively, however, this wouldn't be the best choice.

Since in my twenties Ive suffered from a red Tzone that defies diagnosis. Nothing Ive tried, over the counter or prescription has eliminated the red, sensitive, flaking skin flare ups.
