I have used Redken all soft conditioner for years. I have short, wavy, salt & pepper hair with a soft texture. I like the feel of my hair and it does not go flat with this conditioner. I also use the all soft shampoo. I like having the large bottles that I use to refill smaller ones for the shower.

I use this brand because of the severe damage to my hair. I think this product can be optional, since the other products allow for good hair management. However, I do use it and refilled the larger size since I use a hairdryer daily and could still use an inexpensive thermal hair straightener. This one gives excellent results.
