I use a lot of high end luxury shampoo and conditioners and I tend to mix and match to try and get what I need for my hair. I have very long, colored and highlighted hair that needs moisture. I also like a smoother look. Frizz is something I fight with in the spring and summer. I just used the Redken Frizz Dismiss shampoo and conditioner and found it to be amazing! The shampoo smells great is a thicker consistency and lathers nicely. The conditioner also very thick and coats the hair well. It smells good too! I didn’t have the need for a detangler or a smoothing product. I got a comb through my naturally curly hair and put nothing else in it! I’m looking forward to taming my hair this summer while also freeing it from additional hair products! Thank you Redken!!

Well everyone knows Redken is a quality product line and we know we should all avoid sulfates! Since coloring my hair, I have always wished it could be shinier. I thought it would look healthier and more natural. I have used several bottles of Moroccan Oil and while I do like the feel and viscosity of it, it is a bit pricey and has a strong scent. I thought if I could get some shine just by using the Redken shampoo that I could save some money. The shampoo definitely makes my hair shiny, but not really glossy. However one of my reasons for trying it was to get rid of frizz, which it does do a good job. I do like the way my hair feels after drying it and there must be some sheen because my headbands slip off! That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars. I have only used it about 3 times. I have not tried the mask, but thar may add more shine. Although Redken is a little pricey, with this shampoo, a little really does go a long way! I definitely would recommend it!
