This product was suggested to me by my hairdresser. I have highlights and experience breakage easily. She told me I needed to be using a shampoo with protein in it. All these years and I never thought to look for that ingredient in a shampoo or hair product. But now, it's all I will use. This cleanses really well, washes out really well and my days of switching from shampoo to shampoo, getting tired of one and trying another are gone. This entire acidic bonding line is awesome!

Well everyone knows Redken is a quality product line and we know we should all avoid sulfates! Since coloring my hair, I have always wished it could be shinier. I thought it would look healthier and more natural. I have used several bottles of Moroccan Oil and while I do like the feel and viscosity of it, it is a bit pricey and has a strong scent. I thought if I could get some shine just by using the Redken shampoo that I could save some money. The shampoo definitely makes my hair shiny, but not really glossy. However one of my reasons for trying it was to get rid of frizz, which it does do a good job. I do like the way my hair feels after drying it and there must be some sheen because my headbands slip off! That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars. I have only used it about 3 times. I have not tried the mask, but thar may add more shine. Although Redken is a little pricey, with this shampoo, a little really does go a long way! I definitely would recommend it!

This has been a staple for me since I first purchased it 7 years ago. It is my favorite clarifying/chelating shampoo. I've used it through several formula updates, and it's never once bothered my sensitive scalp. The lather and slip are really nice at allowing me to really get down to my scalp and get that deep clean massage. I have long, fine, wavy, color-treated hair. I've never had an issue with tangling or hair color stripping. Just nice, clean, bouncy, light-feeling hair. The light citrusy scent is really pleasant, not overpowering, and doesn't linger. I'll keep repurchasing this shampoo for as long as it's available.
