I am using the ReTress shampoo and conditioner because my hair is thinning. I read about it in the booklet that LovelySkin sends with an order. I am post menopausal with lots going on...my dermatologist said stress is likely a factor. I use the conditioner after the shampoo as directed. I feel it coats my hair well so I'm able to get good conditioning. It leaves my hair feeling pretty soft. Scent is not an issue. Haven't used it for too long, but like it so far.

Derm recommended this to me - and no idea why. Not only is the product utterly ineffectual - but also it leaves big white flakes on the head where applied. Great! Nothing a little "looks like I now have dandruff" to brighten one's day. Also - as mentioned, it didn't work. Returned. Waste of $

I have mixed feelings about the ReTress hair Rejuvenation Kit. The shampoo and conditioner seem okay, as far as washing and conditioning my hair, although nothing special, but I do think the serum is already having some effect after a few weeks of use, so I look forward to seeing what results are achieved in another couple months. However, I marked this kit way down because the shampoo bottle has leaked badly, from the beginning. The bottles are both designed to stand upside-down, to make the products easy to dispense, and I've been careful to make sure they're properly closed after use. Still, the shampoo has left a large amount of product dripped onto shower/tub surfaces. It's not only been a major waste, it created a dangerously slippery situation that I've had to deal with repeatedly (and it's been a mess to clean up). I now store the shampoo bottle the opposite way, and I don't plan to buy the shampoo/conditioner products again. I may repurchase the serum, depending upon future results.
