As a gal who’s been on a 3 month journey to find Mayo Clinic approved fragrance free shampoo that doesn’t dry out my hair, I finally landed on the right product. If you have contact dermatitis due to fragrance I highly recommend VIRTUE Scalp Remedy.

I have naturally curly hair. I have been on medication for thinning hair. My hair has been growing like crazy and much of the new growth is about 3-5 inches long now. With my natural curls my hair was out-of-control. I was actually straightening it for a few months until the new growth became longer. With this product, it tames those crazy shorter curls and I’m happy to say I’m back to my curls. Thanks to this product that can tame the beast. Virtue has such a great line of products.

I love Virtue products, but this one did not work out for me. My hair feels like straw until I am able to wash out the next morning and there wasn't any noticeable change. On a positive note, it is accurate that it will not stain your pillowcase overnight.

Though many conditioners say fragrance free they may not necessarily be so. According to Mayo Clinic this one still contains fragrance though you’d never know it by the ingredients list. However for me this one is not aggravating my contact dermatitis from fragrance. Also it’s nice and hydrating!
