This is a fabulous light green tinted cream perfect for year round use, creamy and easily applied. Has an SPF built in. I use this to tone down the redness in my skin prior to any face creams or tinted sunscreen. Perfect day or night. I have very sensitive skin acne prone (hormonal) and rosacea. Great for Sensitive Skin

Would be better without fragrance

While this cream is effective once it soaks in, I am surprised that it has such a strong fragrance -- especially since this is a product promoted for sensitive skin. Most people with sensitive skin that's prone to redness cannot tolerate fragrance in skin products -- and this one definitely has fragrance. When I first apply this, it stings a bit, especially near my eyes -- and I wonder if it's the scent. Once it soaks in, it does help with redness, as promised. I'd give it 5 stars if there were no fragrance in the product.

I call this the Miracle Cream

I live in the Northeast part of the country where it seems like the wind and cold are present for 75% of the year. For my whole adult life I have struggled with redness that wasn't too bad, but bothered me because no matter what type of moisturizer I used, there was a telltale "redness area" on my face that looked like a bit of a mask. I use this everyday

I was diagnosed with rosacea when I was 15, so I love all of Avene's Antirougeurs line. I didn't love this sunscreen at first because I had to rub it in more than other SPF I've used. However, now that I'm used to using a little bit less (so I'm not rubbing it in forever) I really like this cream and love massaging it into my skin each morning! I don't wear makeup and only put on serum and eye cream underneath it. It doesn't feel heavy or greasy.

Excellent daily SPF!

I have very sensitive skin and rosacea. This cream has a slight green tint which cancels out some of the red in my skin. I find it moisturizing and my liquid foundation seems to go on well over it. It does have a light fragrance, but no strong "sunscreen" smell. It has not irritated or broken my skin out and seems to be calming my skin down a bit. The price is very reasonable compared to many other daily spf creams.

Very Gentle Lotion
