I use this on my fingernails in conjunction with a nail conditioner and have seen noticeable improvement in my nails. The ridges and splitting have decreased. A lot. I think a good portion is attributable to the extra moisture from the Cutemol. At night, I use the Cutemol on my whole hand; during the day, I put it only on my nails and surrounding areas because it is really a greasy product. It is absorbed quickly, thank goodness, but if I didn't believe it was doing such a noteworthy job, I wouldn't keep using it.
