I have thin, sensitive skin but need to exfoliate gently and this masque does the trick. I use it every other week and use a very fine scrub in between, like an Eminence Stonecrop Oxygenating Fizzofoliant scrub. This product is a must have to help remove the death skin gently but effective. Like the product says, it is an organic yam and pumpkin peel so I keep it in my refrigerator.
