"Secret Agent" - pretty decent nude gloss

After 2 years of wearing no makeup (work from home) or masks (in public), all of my awesome favorite red lipsticks seemed...unnecessary. On the hunt for the perfect nude gloss, I bought this one in "secret agent" based on the other reviews. It isn't the holy grail of lip glosses, but it is pretty good. The gloss itself is a good texture - not too heavy or sticky, and for a gloss, has decent staying power. Has a nice sheen to it, and has enough color that you can tell it is there, but not so much that it crosses into liquid lipstick territory. Note, the color in the tube is deceptive. Looks like it will be a very unflattering clay color, but when worn is a nice neutral. Definitely neutral though, so if you're looking for a little more punch, pick a different color. I do like the gloss enough that I probably will buy it in another shade or two to see if I can find that perfect, holy grail lipgloss.

I wish it had more color

I purchased the Glo Skin Beauty lip gloss in Star Struck. It feels good on my lips—it’s not sticky or heavy. It gives a cool, tingly sensation, and it has a slight mint flavor, too. However, this particular shade has very little actual color. I’ve tried using it alone and over a nude lip pencil, and I’m disappointed in the lack of color. I won’t purchase this shade again, but I will probably try other colors.
