The HydroPeptide Pre-Treatment toner seems to be hydrating my skin for better absorption foe the serums to be applied. I will purchase this again when needed as I do find it to be effective. The smell is a little strange like a melon but not in a great way. The scent does not stay on your skin fortunately.
