Face toner
I was never able to wear toners because they made my face itch but since it was on sale, I figured I would give this one a try I’ve been using it for days and it does not make my face itch. I love how it leaves my face very moisturized feeling soft. This is only toner that my face has been able to tolerate will be purchasing again.

Quality toner
I have tried to use toners throughout the years as they are supposed to help the facial serums be more efficient. The HydroPeptide Pre-Treatment toner seems to be hydrating my skin for better absorption foe the serums to be applied. I will purchase this again when needed as I do find it to be effective. The smell is a little strange like a melon but not in a great way. The scent does not stay on your skin fortunately.

Didn’t see a much difference but this toner has strong smell and the texture is sticky, when it dries out I’m still feeling the sticky texture on my face.
