I needed something to cleanse my skin prior to chemical peel application to ensure even exfoliation, and this cleanser fits the bill. I use a quarter-sized amount that I apply to skin that I have dried, as I always use this as a second cleanser. You do not want the product to foam, so make sure the skin is dry. This isn't a traditional cleanser in that you leave it on the skin for two minutes to do its work before removing it, which yields bright and smooth skin, ready for the next product.

I like enzyme face cleaners because they have no abrasives but they exfoliate well. I tried this one as I know the brand and it was relatively cost effective. It’s ok. It seems to have lower in enzymes than other products I’ve tried. It doesn’t do much for my skin. It might be ok for sensitive skin. I will return to other enzyme products that do more for my skin.
