Will Not Disappoint!

You really must warm this in your hands before applying. As other reviews indicate, it’s almost like hard wax to begin with. After warming it up in your hands and applying to damp skin you can really feel it working. I’m still ‘perfecting my technique’ but I’m happy with the results and will continuing using! Obagi makes wonderful products and this one will not disappoint!

I’ve been using this 1-2 times per week for a while now & have seen a remarkable difference in my skin. It certainly has brightened my skin tone, but moreover totally gives my face a deep cleansing that allows all my other products to work better. I use mostly Vitamin C products on my face & this one is a must. It may be a little thicker to apply, but moistening your face & gently massaging the cream with your fingers allows you to get the hang of it. There’s truly nothing like deeply exfoliating your face & seeing the positive effects . Soft & glowing skin!

Read the instructions- it works!

This goes on DAMP skin not dry skin. Totally works but be careful if your skin is sensitive. Highly do not recommend leaving it on past 15 minutes.

Very brightening

Prior to purchasing this, I thought that it had the typical texture of other polish masks (grainy/gritty). However, it starts out more like a balm that you have to work/warm up in your hands to get it to a microdermabrasion consistency. Due to the high percentage of Vitamin C in this product, it does tingle quite a bit while it is on your skin. The first time that I used this, I could not leave it on for any longer than a minute but have since worked up to leaving it on for the suggested time frame.

Lightens pigmentations

Stings a bit. Regarding the complaints about the thick consistency, If you store it with a thin coat of water on top, the water will absorb into the product and be much easier to remove from the jar and spread into your face.

Excellent Substitute for Regular Professional Micro Dermabrasions

This product was a great substitute for regular professional micro dermabrasions during Covid. It gives my skin a fresh glow. The product is very thick and must be used on damp skin. I recommend taking a teaspoon size scoop and warming it up in your hands before applying to face and chest. And just like professional micro dermabrasions, the skin MAY breakout after the first few uses, due to impurities being brought to the surface of skin.

As some reviews mentioned, the consistency of this “másk” is very waxy. The manufacturer states to mix it, but this is impossible. It’s like candle wax, it does not mix. I have to wet it with my hands to make it spreadable. It is also extremely difficult to remove and leaves a film on your face. My skin does look refreshed after, but I wouldn’t buy it again as there are better masks/exfoliators out there.
