On my 3rd tube. A Little goes a long way. The Tube lasts a long time because less is more when it comes to retinol. The Obagi retinol is great. It doesn’t irritate my skin. It’s effective yet gentle . I have to be careful because I can tell when I’ve used a little bit too much ,because my skin will be a little bit dry in the morning ,but otherwise I have no issues and I will continue to purchase this as a staple in my skin care routine . It’s 1.0%, so it’s very effective . I love it

The only reason I’m giving this four stars is that it’s a little too strong for my sensitive skin. I’ve found that using it every other day works best for me. Next time, I’ll order the 0.5 strength instead.

A Comforting Cream

I upgraded from the .5% Obagi Cream, because I thought I had used it long enough without really seeing results. I thought this would be twice as strong and give me the results I was looking for. After doing research, I think I need to upgrade to the next level of retinol, which is retinal. This cream however does not cause irritation or dryness. My skin actually feels softer and smoother.

One of My Favorite Retinols

While I use another Lovely Skin retinol 1% on my face, I started using Obagi’s on brown spots on my legs after a friend told me how pleased she was with this product. I am starting to see some results already and decided to order another one recently. As most older women know, brown spots are quite resistive to most products and you need to be extremely patient before you start to see results. So far, I am seeing some fading and pleased with the results. Obagi has been around for a very long time and has always had a reputation for high quality products, and while I prefer another brand that is more effective on my face because of my fairer combination skin, this is definitely one that I would recommend for other women looking for a tried and true retinol for them.

This retinol is effective without drying out the skin. Goes in smoothly and only a small amount needed to see results. Not as effective as Retin A but also not as harsh. Would definitely try especially if you are starting a retinol in your routine.

Effective Retinol

Having used other retinols, I believe this one works much better. It could be that since I’m using the entire Obagi Nu-Derm system, it’s more effective for me. My forehead lines and other fine lines are starting to fade. I mix it with the #5 Blender every night and will continue to use it. As with all the products in the Obagi line, this is highly recommended.
